Springhill Suites By Marriott New York Manhattan Chelsea

Hello, my name is Morgan Bailey from Berlin. My stay at Springhill Suites By Marriott in New York was wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make my mom/daughter trip special. The view of the Empire State Building from our room was breathtaking. Despite some minor breakfast crowding, I felt like a VIP!

Our recent stay was fabulous - clean, comfortable rooms and the staff was extremely friendly. the breakfast was a highlight; I would DEFINITELY choose this place again. the breakfast was even better in person than in photos!

The hotel offers stunning views, prime location near key attractions, and comfortable beds. However, small rooms and limited breakfast choices are noted. Elevator wait times can be long during peak hours, but the friendly staff adds to the positive experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. the location was ideal, with various train stations nearby, making it easy to explore New York City. the room had a stunning view overlooking iconic landmarks like the Empire State Building and Madison Square. the hotel's size was just right for two people, cozy yet comfortable. It was a great base for my city break, within walking distance to Times Square and centrally located for exploring the Big Apple.

While my stay was enjoyable overall, there were a couple of things that could be improved. the breakfast selection was a bit repetitive, offering the same dishes each day.

Enjoyed the tremendous room view at Springhill Suites Chelsea. Convenient location near Empire State Building & MSG. Room was small but clean. Breakfast was crowded but delicious. Sadly, no Marriott points for our 6-night stay. Shower temp fluctuated. Environmentally unfriendly disposable items at breakfast. Nonetheless, a delightful stay overall.

The crew, the bed, and the views were amazing. Although the breakfast lacked variety, the hotel’s perfect location and excellent views made up for it. The tiny bathroom and occasional elevator wait were minor inconveniences, but the overall experience was pleasant.

The view from the 35th floor is breathtaking, and the king-size bed was very comfortable. The hotel's proximity to major attractions like Madison Square Garden and the Empire State Building made exploring easy. Nearby landmarks such as the New York Public Library and Bryant Park added charm to our stay, enhancing family bonding. The relaxation facilities offered a soothing retreat after a day of sightseeing.

The location was perfect for exploring New York – close to Times Square, Empire State Building, and within walking distance to Penn Station for easy transportation. The room, though not the largest, was clean and had a great view of the city. The hotel staff were friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch to start the day. I found the hotel to be well-suited for a short stay in the bustling city.

Located near subway and walkable to attractions. Clean, comfy room with great bed. Stunning views, especially from higher floors. Breakfast offers good variety.

Minor issues: Rough towels, missing floor towels.

The city view from our room was unexpectedly awesome, and those breakfast crew members were so darn fab! Bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The location was spot on, close to everything cool. The music in the lobby was a vibe. Only gripe was the elevator buzz at breakfast, but nothing to fuss about, really. Overall, a top-notch experience! 🏙️

The breakfast spread at the hotel was like a delightful surprise each morning; it was a hearty buffet that provided a great start to the day. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, making it feel like a 5-star feast!

Let's talk about the homemade rolls at breakfast—it was like a taste of home in the Big Apple! Plus, the staff was top-notch, sorting out room issues in a flash. The location near Times Square and Empire State Building was gold.

So, after a marathon flight, my card decided to ghost me at check-in. The reception vibe was chillier than a NYC winter.

Omg, the view from the room was absolutely 💯, overlooking the flower district! rooms were stylish & clean, but a bit cramped. Breakfast was a real 🎁, could even take it to the room. Friendly staff, but forgot some essentials.

Stayed at Springhill Suites By Marriott in a fantastic location. the 35th-floor room provided breathtaking views of the city. the staff was exceptionally friendly, allowing us to check-in early and storing our luggage for free on the day of departure. the room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options and helpful staff. an excellent experience and a great choice for exploring the city on foot or by metro.

The location in mid-town is ideal, with easy access to uptown and downtown. The hotel is right next to the subway and a walk away from Times Square. The rooms are clean and modern, offering comfortable beds and efficient layouts. The complimentary upgrade to a high floor with fabulous views was a nice touch, and the staff were consistently helpful and accommodating. Despite some issues with elevator wait times and thin walls, the overall experience was positive. The breakfast spread was decent, with a good variety of hot and cold items that were consistently replenished, though the space could get crowded during peak times. Unlimited hot water and coffee were convenient amenities, and the presence of 24/7 security provided peace of mind in the sketchy area.

the location was superb, close to everything yet peaceful with a lovely view. the room on the high floor was quiet and comfy. breakfast was convenient, especially for early birds. staff, particularly Evan, was exceptional, ensuring a warm and helpful experience. overall, a clean and convenient hotel for exploring.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes 😊

This hotel is located perfectly for any backpackers wanting to be close to main attractions and to the subway. The rooms are modern and clean, with well-maintained bathrooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, offering great service during your stay. The facilities exceed expectations, from the gym to the lobby's coffee machine and complimentary popcorn.

Elevator wait times may be a nuisance during peak hours.

Always satisfied at my go-to spot. First time, staff shared local food delivery; unforgettable. Fits my needs; Wi-Fi, 24/7 reception, buffet, gym, TV. Returning for business trip.

My room was comfy, with free WiFi and a private bathroom. The hotel's close to places like Madison Square Garden and the Flatiron Building. I loved the buffet breakfast. My suite had a microwave and city views. Safety deposit box was handy. Plus, it's a short walk to 34th Street, not far from Grand Central. Even LaGuardia's just a ride away. Had a great stay - perfect for my marathon training and exploring the city!

The central location within walking distance to many attractions and the cleanliness of the room made up for any shortcomings in the accommodations.

Close to everything! The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it central to a lot of the main tourist attractions and in the USA for University. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a well-equipped gym and clean common areas. I appreciated the free coffee and tea in the lobby all day. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a perfect start to the day.

The view from our room on the 40th floor was simply breathtaking, especially waking up to the sight of the iconic Empire State Building. the size of the king room was more than adequate, and the inclusion of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was a nice touch. the location was ideal, within a short walk to Times Square and Hudsons Yard. the complimentary breakfast saved us quite a bit of money and offered a wide variety of options.

the use of excessive plastic, such as clingfilm on individual apples, was disappointing and not environmentally friendly.

The incredible view from our room on the 45th floor was absolutely stunning, perfect for a night in enjoying the scenes of lower Manhattan. The hotel's prime location near Times Square and other iconic landmarks allowed us to easily explore the city by foot. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. a fantastic experience that made our NYC trip memorable! 😉

I would only ask for better assistance from the young staff to ensure a more seamless experience for senior travelers.

Everything was spot on.

the rooms are very clean and the hotel is located 2 mins walk to the metro station - close to restaurants and bars. the staff was very helpful with directions and the buffet breakfast was great.

I had a wonderful stay at this venue! The hotel's location is fantastic despite being in a somewhat sketchy area, and is surrounded by the flower district. I enjoyed the excellent and helpful service provided by the staff. My room was well-equipped with a comfortable sitting area, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV. The dining facilities offered a good selection of food.

The room was so cozy and had everything I needed - a comfy bed, a microwave, and a flat-screen TV. I loved the city views from some of the rooms; it was like a little slice of New York outside my window.

I personally found the air conditioning a bit too chilly, but I'm always cold!

The view from my room on the 30th floor was absolutely stunning. It was like living in a bird's nest. Loved it!

Oh, and let's not forget the joy of waiting for the elevators. It's like a built-in thrill ride, only without the fun.

the view from the 35th floor was breathtaking, one of the most beautiful views I've ever seen. the king-size bed was big and comfortable, perfect for a couple. the room was just the right size for us, and it had enough space for our normal-sized bags. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the subway and just a 15-minute walk to the main attractions. the staff were friendly and kind, and the breakfast they provided was really good. They had a wide variety of choices including oatmeal, bagels, bread, juices, yogurts. I appreciated the free tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available 24 hours a day, as well as the water bottles provided at the reception.
